I’m a Computer Science student with experience in technical support, networking, and software development. I enjoy solving problems by breaking them down into smaller pieces, testing assumptions, and tracing issues back to their root cause. Whether I’m troubleshooting a network outage or debugging a software project, I focus on thorough investigation, clear documentation, and making sure the person on the other end gets the help they need. I believe the best solutions come from understanding how a system is supposed to work, identifying where it breaks down, and communicating that process clearly.
